We have strong partners. Beyond the venue hire we offer many event services including catering , staffing, decoration, art/furniture rental, photgraphers, event/exhibition services and smiles onSTAGE.

BOOKING TERMS

Bookings are confirmed upon return of the signed Event Services Agreement and once the Security Deposit payment has been settled.

Client may request to change booking dates without penalty (provided dates are available) up to two weeks before the event start date.

PAYMENT TERMS

30% Security Deposit is paid to secure the event booking. Full payment due (instalment plans available) 14 days prior to event start date. Security Deposit returned within 7 days after event provided there is no damage/losses incurred.
